How to Reset Password using phpMyAdmin

First of all, you need to login your cPanel account from your wordpress hosting then go to the cPanel dashboard and click on the phpMyAdmin.

Then you will see the phpMyAdmin where you need to select your wordpress database

After that, you will see the wordpress database table list and notice that wp_user, next you need to click on browse

Now you can see the rows in your wordpress user table, then click on the edit button where your username is available. Here you can reset your password because phpMyAdmin will show all form with user information.

Now here you need to delete the old password and replace with the new password which you want. Under the function section, you should select MD5 from the down menu then click on the go tab. If you using the MD5 hash then your password will be encrypted and it will be stored in your wordpress database.
